NALMEK Quick Leads is an independent enquiry and DSA-connection service. It is not a bank, NBFC or lender and does not make lending decisions.

We collect the details entered in the enquiry, including name, mobile number, location, loan requirement, language preference, business or income details, consent record, campaign or referral source, and documents uploaded after mobile verification.

• Record and review the enquiry.
• Verify contact details and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
• Assign a suitable verified DSA and support follow-up.
• Maintain consent, security and operational audit records.
• Meet applicable legal, regulatory and dispute-handling requirements.

Information may be shared with an assigned DSA or service provider only for the requested enquiry workflow. A lender receives information only when the customer proceeds through an authorised process. NALMEK does not sell customer data.

Structured records are stored in the Site database and uploaded files in private object storage. Access is role-restricted and operational actions are logged. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, consent evidence, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute handling. Requests are reviewed before deletion because some audit or legal records may need to be retained.

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Identity must be verified before a request is completed. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already performed lawfully.
