Service scope
NALMEK organises funding enquiries and may connect customers with verified DSAs. It does not lend, sanction, approve, underwrite or guarantee any financial product.
No assurance of approval
Eligibility, pricing, charges, documentation, approval and disbursal are determined solely by the relevant lender under its policy. Website status labels describe workflow progress, not a lending decision.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use your own authorised contact details, review lender documents carefully and never pay an unknown person or share OTPs, PINs or passwords. Referrers must have the customer’s permission before entering their information.
DSA conduct
A DSA must use customer information only for the assigned enquiry, protect confidential information, avoid misleading promises and follow applicable lender, privacy and regulatory requirements.
Fees and third parties
NALMEK does not authorise undisclosed charges. Any lender fee must appear in official lender documentation. Third-party services and lender decisions are governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive or automated enquiries; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorised access; or upload malicious or unrelated files. Access may be restricted to protect customers and the service.
Changes and availability
Features may change as the service improves. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
